Male Breast cancer


Very rare, but about 1% of all Breast cancer cases in the U.S. occur in men.  It is a small number but that's still more than 2,000 cases every year.

About 400 men will die from Breast cancer each year in the U.S. 


The following are not unique to males but you need to be aware of them to keep your male healthy during his life.


Skin (nonmelanoma)


all ages, new cases each year over 3.5 million with about 1,000 deaths.


Colon


All men after 50, new cases each year over 105,000 with over 49,000 deaths.


Non – Hodgkin Lymphoma


All ages, new cases each year over 65,000 with over 19,000 deaths.


Pancreatic


More men are diagnosed with this than are woman; most cases are found after age 60, new cases each year over 42,000 with over 35,000 deaths.
